Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Fred again.. apparel, but if your order isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
